I provide in-person sessions in Waikanae Beach, Kapiti Coast, New Zealand. I provide online EMDR using a special system that facilitates eye movements. I don't offer sessions outside of business hours.

Mybestme isn't a crisis service. Mybestme provides in-session face-to-face EMDR and IMAGO therapies, and online EMDR, I don't provide email, phone, or text support. If you want more support than this you would benefit from registering with the public health system by seeing your GP first or contacting the numbers below.
