Services
I provide personal therapy and EMDR professional supervision services. My therapeutic specialties are Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR) and IMAGO Relationships Therapy. I can provide online EMDR.
I offer DUO IMAGO EMDR therapy for couples, using a framework that utlises the best of Group-based EMDR, and IMAGO Relationships Therapy.
I provide professional supervision to support your growing practice in EMDR.
Point of difference
I am trained in both EMDR and IMAGO Relationships Therapy. After a productive and varied career, I am now offering a boutique EMDR therapy, IMAGO therapy, and EMDR Supervision service from my homely and relaxing office on the Kapiti Coast. I have worked in the government sector as a Policy Analyst, in the NGO space as a Counselling Service Director, and I facilitated a Group EMDR intervention for survivors of sexual violence. I have also helped present on a number of 'Getting the Love You Want' couples workshops.
My specialties are EMDR treatment for individuals struggling with any triggers/symptoms, and my DUO IMAGO EDMR for couples. I also love sharing my experience and knowledge with people training in EMDR and practising it in their work. See services for more.
