I provide personal therapy and EMDR professional supervision services. My therapeutic specialties are Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR) and IMAGO Relationships Therapy. Point of difference

After a productive and varied career, I am now offering a boutique EMDR therapy, IMAGO therapy, and EMDR Supervision service from my homely and relaxing office on the Kapiti Coast. I work part time, so I ensure I have the time and energy to tailor therapeutic interventions to suit your wellbeing journey. To contact me, click here. I have worked in the government sector as a Policy Analyst, in the NGO space as a Counselling Service Director, and I facilitated a Group EMDR intervention for survivors of sexual violence. A lot of my work is with health professionals and first responders, which I love and find works well online. I have also helped present on a number of 'Getting the Love You Want' couples workshops. My specialties are EDMR treatment for individuals struggling with any triggers/symptoms, and my Duo IMAGO EDMR for couples.
